Privacy Policy

Kalovio for Instagram lets you publish, schedule, and manage your own Instagram Business/Creator account through your AI assistant. This policy explains what we handle and why.

What we store

• Instagram identity: your Instagram user id, @handle, and name, obtained when you connect your account.
• Access token: your Instagram User access token, stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM envelope encryption) and used only to act on your behalf. It never leaves our backend and is never shared with your AI client or any third party.
• Your content: scheduled posts you create, a record of posts we published for you, and any media you upload (kept up to 30 days).

How we use it

Solely to provide the service you request — publishing, scheduling, comment moderation, direct-message replies, and insights for your own account. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or combine it across accounts.

Retention & deletion

You can disconnect at any time by removing the connector in your AI app or revoking access in Instagram. On disconnect or request we delete your stored token and data. You may also trigger deletion through Instagram’s data-deletion callback. Email support@kalovio.com to request deletion.

Security

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure; tokens are encrypted at rest and transmitted over TLS.
