Honest about scope
This connects an Instagram Business or Creator account (not a personal profile — you can switch for free in the Instagram app). It uses Instagram’s official API, so it can only ever touch your own account.

Safe by design. You sign in on Instagram’s own page — we never see your password. Your access token is encrypted and stays on our backend; it is never shared with Claude or any AI client. Every user’s account is fully separate.

Kalovio for Instagram works in all three. Pick the app you use.

- Open Settings → Connectors.
- Click Add custom connector.
- Name it Kalovio for Instagram, paste the link above, leave everything else empty.
- Click Add, then Connect and sign in with Instagram.
💡 Works on Claude’s free plan — free while in beta.
One-time switch: turn on Developer mode under Settings → Connectors. That lets ChatGPT add custom connectors.
- Open Settings → Connectors and add a connector.
- Set Name = Kalovio for Instagram, paste the link into the server URL, set Authentication = OAuth.
- Confirm, click Create, and sign in with Instagram.
- In a chat, open the tools menu and switch Kalovio for Instagram on.
💡 A fresh chat may not show Kalovio for Instagram until you switch it on in the tools menu.
Cursor is the AI code editor. Add Kalovio for Instagram as an MCP server.
- Open Settings → MCP → Add new MCP server.
- Name it Kalovio for Instagram and paste the link as the URL (type: HTTP / streamable).
