By connecting Kalovio for Instagram to your Instagram account you agree to these terms.
Kalovio for Instagram publishes, schedules, and manages content on your Instagram Business/Creator account at your direction, using Instagram’s official API. You are responsible for the content you publish.
You agree to use Kalovio for Instagram in compliance with the Instagram Terms and Meta Platform Terms. Do not use it for spam, harassment, or unlawful content. We may suspend access for misuse.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. Instagram access tokens expire (~60 days) and Meta may change or revoke API access at any time; scheduled posts may fail for reasons outside our control, and you should verify important posts.
To the extent permitted by law, Kalovio for Instagram is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
